I) Removing or tampering with the Defcon 5 sticker on your jailbreak device, opening the jailbreak device or installing incompatible software on the jailbreak device will warrant this guarantee null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
II) Defcon 5 will guarantee, replace, reprogram or repair faulty jailbreak devices for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
III) If the faulty Jailbreak device needs to be replaced, it will be replaced with the same or if not available, a jailbreak device with equivalent functions and quality.

			1 Year Custom Firmware guarantee: (Software modifications):
			I) Removing or tampering with the Defcon 5 sticker on your console or opening the console will warrant this guarantee null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! II) Doing a system software update of any kind will delete the custom firmware and void the warranty. If any updates are needed please return the PS3 for a free update during the 1 year guarantee period. III) PS3 consoles modified by us will include free updates during the guarantee period of 1 year. Updates will only be performed if needed for newer incompatible games.
