I) Removing or tampering with the Defcon 5 sticker at the
bottom of your console or opening the console will warrant any guarantee null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
II) Defcon 5 will guarantee and replace, reprogram or repair faulty mod-chips for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.
III) If the faulty mod-chip needs to be replaced, it will be replaced with the same, or if not available, a mod-chip with equivalent functions and quality.
IV) If in the opinion of an authorised Defcon 5 technician, the console was damaged due to a faulty chip or faulty installation, Defcon 5 will repair or replace the faulty console at no charge.

I) Only cutom firmware installed by Defcon 5 will be guaranteed. ie. we cannot guarntee or provide updates to fimrware that is installed by anyone other than us.
II) Updates to custom firmware installed by us will be done free of charge for a period of 1 year.
